Products sold via Gen Y are for personal use only. Gen Y prohibits the resale of its products. Product reviews are welcomed but will be filtered for content. Reviews containing explicit language or nudity will not be permitted.

 

Customer products will be received no later than 10 days after purchase. All tracking information will be provided once the order is processed.

 

When you opt into Gen Y's SMS messaging service, you should expect to receive a maximum of 6 messages a month. These messages will provide you with promotional content related to our website. You are free to unsubscribe from this service by opting out.

 

Installment payment plans are on an individual basis. All decisions are based on the supporting merchants. Gift cards are not available for purchase using installment payment plans.

 

Any disputes will be directed to Customer Service. In the event that issues escalate, Arbitration will be deemed necessary.
